When things don’t work out, we’re here to help! Please do feel free to let us know if you’re concerned about your order. We want to help you have an amazing experience with us, and that’s why we offer such a lenient returns policy, because customer care is a top priority for us!

We Accept ReturnsIf you changed your mind and would like to return your order you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the goods and the goods are not damaged in transit.
Damaged ItemsIf your item is damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 2 working days with clear picture of damage.
Item Not ReceivedIf you have not received your items, you must let us know within 10 working days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with our carriers. Investigations into lost parcels can take up to 30 days for domestic. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation is complete.
